You stay in control of your data

Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open Taleloop → Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deleted: your profile, learning progress, private stories, credit and purchase link, push tokens and cross-device backups. The Sign in with Apple link is also revoked on Apple's side. Deletion cannot be undone.

What is kept

• Stories published in the Selection may remain, anonymised.
• Tax/accounting records are kept anonymised for the legal period.
• Copies in backups expire within 30 days at the latest.

If you can't access the app

From your registered Apple email, write to hello@trytaleloop.app with the subject "Account deletion"; we verify your identity and complete deletion within 30 days. For a copy of your data, write "Data request".
