Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and age

By using Taleloop you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13; minors need parent or guardian permission.

2. The service

Taleloop offers AI-generated animated language-learning stories, vocabulary review and narration. AI output may contain mistakes or unexpected content; it is for education, not professional advice. Characters are fictional.

3. Account

Sign-in is with Apple. You are responsible for your account and can delete it any time in Settings → Delete account.

4. Community rules

Prohibited: hate speech, harassment, glorifying violence, sexual or child-endangering content, self-harm encouragement, illegal activity, copyright/trademark infringement, exposing others' personal data, targeting private individuals, and abuse of the service (fake views/likes, automated access, bypassing safety filters). Report content from the story screen and block users from their profile. We review reports within 24 hours and may hide or remove content and restrict or close accounts.

5. Your content

You keep rights to stories you create. If you submit a story to the Selection you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, translate and promote it on the platform. Taleloop decides what enters the Selection; submitting is no guarantee. A story in the Selection may remain anonymously after account deletion.

6. Allowances and credits

• Each new story costs allowance: short (1.5 min) stories use 2 points of your daily allowance, medium (3 min) stories 3 and long (5 min) stories 5.
• Free: 2 points per week (1 short story; medium and long stories are Plus only) and 1 adaptation per week; up to 3 new stories started from Discover per 8-hour window, plus up to 3 extra by watching optional rewarded ads per window; re-watching started stories and your own stories is unlimited.
• Taleloop Plus: a daily generation allowance depending on the plan (6 points on weekly, 8 on monthly, 10 on yearly, i.e. 3 short, 2 medium or 1 long a day on weekly; 4 short, 2 medium or 1 long on monthly; 5 short, 3 medium or 2 long on yearly; unused allowance does not roll over), 3/4/5 adaptations a day depending on the plan, and no Discover viewing limit; no ads are shown on Plus. A technical daily cap per user may apply for fair use.
• Adaptation: adapting an existing story to the language and level you are learning costs no points; it uses a separate counter. An adapted story is shared content available to other users.
• Rewarded ads: free plan only and optional; if you watch the ad to the end you earn +1 new-story viewing in the current viewing window. Ads are served by a third-party provider (Google AdMob); details are in the Privacy Policy.
• Bonus and gift credits do not expire, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
• Failed generations are refunded; credit may be refunded for confirmed bug reports. Gift credits may be revoked for abuse.

7. Subscriptions and payment

Taleloop Plus is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly); current prices are shown on the purchase screen and in the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. It renews at the same length and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple's policy (reportaproblem.apple.com). Use "Restore purchases" on the paywall to restore.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, learning outcomes or accuracy. Subject to non-excludable consumer rights and liability for intent or gross negligence, our liability is limited to foreseeable direct damages and the fees you paid in the relevant period.

9. Intellectual property

The Taleloop name, logo, software, character and scene library belong to Taleloop or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer or bulk-scrape them.

10. Apple terms

This agreement is between you and Onur Kutlutürk, operator of Taleloop, not Apple. Taleloop is responsible for the app and its support; for warranty failures Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.

11. Governing law

Turkish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

12. Changes and contact
